Please review the following terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

1. IMPORT TAX
Your packages will be sent from the USA, Hongkong or China. We will choose the fastest shipping service to your door. In our experience, 95% of packages are free of tax. In rare instances where a country has very strict import laws, any additional taxes would be at your expense.

2. RETURN POLICY
Prompt customer service is of utmost importance here at SWISSELITE USA. We will reply to all email and social media within 24 hours. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order or anything at all, please send an email to us at hello@lgedirect.com. If you've made an error in purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary shipping. If once you receive your order, you have an issue, please promptly contact us with details of your issue. Photos are helpful.

3. COPYRIGHT
All content on iswisselite.com and SWISSELITE.it websites, including but not limited to, page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by SWISSELITE.

In other words, do not copy our data without our written permission.

4. SECURITY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
